经典已知活性库是7422个具有生物活性,能引起细胞、组织甚至个体生物学反应的化合物的集合。包括了正在进行临床前研究的药物分子,临床期的药物分子和已经上市的药物。靶点明确,信息全面,非常适合完成药物功能重定位、小分子诱导细胞分化以及机制研究中蛋白靶点确认等科研工作。

由于活性明确,靶点已知,很多科学家会从已知活性库中选择可以用于细胞诱导分化的小分子,通过单一或几个小分子的联合作用,选择出将各种体细胞诱导成为诱导多能干细胞,神经前体细胞,心肌细胞等,甚至还有使用小分子组合在体内完成诱导分化的成功尝试。

为了保证客户的最佳使用效果,我们把已知活性库中需要现配现用的多肽以及其他药物分子以干粉形式提供(设置为PartB),尽可能增加新的药物筛选机会,增加成功筛选到目标分子的几率。
