天然产物在化学结构和生物活性多样性方面的优势,使其在新药研发中具有不可替代的重要地位。近年来提取分离和结构鉴定技术的快速发展, 大大提高了从天然产物中开发新药的效率和成功率。据统计,1981年至 2019年所有上市的药物中,有近2/3的药物在不同程度上都与天然产物相关。我国近50年自研成功的新药90%以上与天然产物有关。
