产品描述	Indomethacin (Indometacin) is a Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug. The mechanism of action of indomethacin is as a Cyclooxygenase Inhibitor.
靶点活性	COX-1:0.28 μM, COX-2:14 μM
体外活性	在大鼠中, Indomethacin (7.5 mg/kg）能够在远端空肠和回肠近端产生急性损伤和炎症.大鼠口服Indomethacin (20 mg/kg）可增加胃黏膜的胃糜烂总面积和脂质过氧化物浓度.
体内活性	Indomethacin调节TCF活动,从而减少β-连环蛋白/ TCF-应答基因的转录,但它不会破坏β-连环蛋白/ TCF复合物的形成。
